How do I pay?

After completing your profile, your assigned stylist will contact you via phone or email to better understand your clothing requirements. Prior to sending your package, we would ask that you submit your credit card details on your Mr. Draper profile. This would allow us to validate your credit card so that we ensure you undergo a smooth transaction process at the time of billing. Your card will be validated through a charge of 1 AED. As soon as we receive your package (after your 5 day trial period) with the items in suitable condition as per our Terms and Conditions, we will only charge for those items you have decided to keep, if any. Our partners, PCI DSS Level 1 Certified, Innovate Payments, will handle all credit card transactions on their Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the order information you transmit. We do not store any of your credit card information.

Is the service really free?

Yes, our services are completely free! Both the style consultation taking place at Mr. Draper HQ and the delivery service are all completely free.  You only pay for the clothes you keep! No hidden charges. Same price as the malls.
