The information we collect through our Website helps us provide you with information specific to your needs and interests. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) covers the Website. Definitions:

Website: any and all features, services, content or mobile applications offered under the Mr. Draper website (www.mrdraper.ae)

Mr. DRAPER: refers to MR DRAPER CLOTHES TRADING L.L.C – company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai and subjected to the laws and regulations of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. (Also referred to below as “we,” “our,” “us” and similar references)).

Customer: refers to any person (natural – Legal) who visits or uses the Website and/ or purchases any items or concludes any transactions through the Website. (Also referred to below as “you”, ‘your” and similar references)

What are the personally identifiable and other information (Personal Information) collected, used and stored by the Mr. Draper:

The information we gather from customers enables us to personalize and improve our services, and to allow our users to set up a user account and make purchases via the Website. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.

For the purpose of his Privacy Policy, Personal Information are identified as any information that identifies you, would enable someone to contact you, or that describes your relationship with Mr. Draper. Personal Information that the customer provide us and that are entered on our Website are received, collected and stored. The types of Personal Information collected may include the following:

Most of the above information requested are essential. Withholding such information may result in an incomplete transaction or even, cancellation of the transaction or may result in cancellation of purchase.All credit/debit cards’ details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

There are other Personal Information that we collect automatically: Such information are recorded on our server logs from the customer’s browser including IP address, cookie information, the page the customer requested, and any items he/she may purchase. This information may be used to customize the content the customer sees on our Website or to communicate with the customer about special offers and new features.

Usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the Website or services so that we can make the Website appealing to as many customers as possible, and improve those services. Also, if you provide Personal Information in order to obtain access to our services, we will use your Personal Information to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. We may also use your Personal Information and other information collected through the services to help us improve the content and functionality of the services, to customize your shopping experience, to better understand our customers and to improve the services.

 

Personal Information about our customers is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell the customer Personal Information to anyone. We share the customer Personal Information only as described below.

Moreover, if Mr. DRAPER, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Mr. DRAPER goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. The customer acknowledges that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Mr. DRAPER may continue to use the customer’s Personal Information as set forth in this policy.

This clause will survive the termination or deregistration of your account / member profile from the Site.

Protection of Mr. DRAPER and Others:

We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights, property, or safety of Mr. Draper employees, our users or other, or as a result of enforcing a court’s decision of a competent jurisdiction or any other judicial committee. This does not include selling, sharing or otherwise disclosing Personal Information from Customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Protecting your Account Details and Personal Information:

The customer’s account Personal Information is protected by a password for the customer’s privacy and security. The customer is requested to take strict measures to protect his account and password. The Customer needs to prevent unauthorized access to his/her account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting his/her password appropriately and limiting access to his/her computer and browser by signing off after the customer has finished accessing his/her account.

Mr. DRAPER uses physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and correctly using your Personal Information. Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we use commercially reasonable efforts to limit access to your Personal Information to the employees, agents, third parties who need the information for completing their tasks and functions. Mr. Draper endeavors to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private; however, Mr. DRAPER cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Our websites may contain links to other sites for the customer’s convenience and information. These sites may be operated by companies not affiliated with MR. DRAPER. Linked sites may have their own privacy notices, which the customer should review if he/she visits those websites. We are not responsible for the content of any websites not affiliated with MR. DRAPER, any use of those sites, or those sites’ privacy practices. When linking to another site the customer should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Website.

Mr. DRAPER allows the Customer to access the following information about him/her for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list may change as our Website changes.

Mr. DRAPER. From time to time, sends promotional materials for its services and products. If the Customer does not wish to receive email or other mail from us, including promotional offers, please indicate this preference by changing the customer account settings, or by notifying us by using the “Unsubscribe” feature in any email we send to the customer.

Collecting Information from Children:

Mr. Draper does not direct any of our content specifically to children. Users of the Website are required to be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, and any users under 18 (eighteen) may only use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we learn that a user is under 13 (thirteen) years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information we have collected about that user.

Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Website after such changes have been first posted.

If the customer does not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern his/her use of the Mr. DRAPER Website, and the customer is responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes.
